Riad Flam, your Home in Marrakech

Hidden in a narrow street, the Derb Sidi Moussa, in the quarter of Riad Zitoun Jdid, the Riad Flam has 8 rooms and one suite, situated around a patio where sings a mural waterfall. Unique for a riad in the old medina, the Riad Flam offers a ravishing spa, with hammam, massage and massage parlour. On the rooftop terrasse, the gazebo-jacuzzi  and the egyptian style lounge-bar embrace a wonderful view on the roofs of Marrakech and the snowy tops of the High-Atlas. A catering service complete the services of the Riad Flam.

Its architecture is a fine blend of orientalism and contemporary design, enhanced by traditional morrocan materials, carved by the ancient knowledge of the best craftsmen of Marrakech. With Ouarzazat stone and walls made of tadelakt, the house seems soften by time. Traditional green enameled tiles on the corniches, identical as the ones covering palaces and mosques of the country, protect the beautifully carved moucharrabiehs made in cedarwood from the Atlas.  

Mirrors of Syria, chandeliers of Egypt, oriental paintings, lights in engraved maichor, wooden doors and panels carved by floral patterns inspired from Bali, compose the delicate orientalist design imagined and created by the owner Flam Braun. The masterpiece: the main lounge, where a chimney adds a final warmth for the fresh winter evenings.

On the rooftop, the large terrace is refreshed by vegetal walls, with a balneotherapy-equipped jacuzzi, for sunny afternoons and romantic evenings. For tea-time or party hours, the lounge-bar offers an egyptian design and atmopshere inspired from the famous El Fichaoui café in Cairo.
